Full electrical for new homes and additions: service and panel, rough-in wiring, lighting, smoke and CO alarms, and finish devices, built to the plans and the code your jurisdiction has adopted. We also handle temporary construction power and coordination with the utility for the permanent service.
Kitchens, baths, basements and whole-house remodels, including moving and adding circuits, recessed lighting, appliance circuits and panel or service upgrades when the new loads need them.
EV charger circuits, standby generator and transfer switch connections (the gas line and any gas or mechanical permit may be handled by others), hot tub and spa circuits, and landscape and exterior lighting, so owners can get everything from one sub.

When you send a bid request, we tell you when we can start and how long rough-in and finish should take, so you can line up the other trades.

We coordinate rough-in and finish around framing, plumbing, HVAC, insulation and drywall so the electrical isn’t the trade holding up the job.
We pull the electrical permit and schedule the inspections with the city, county or Colorado State Electrical Board, depending on where the job is, including Loveland, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Johnstown and nearby jurisdictions.
The rough-in inspection happens before walls are closed up, and a final inspection happens after the finish work. If an inspector asks for a correction, we take care of it promptly.
Eggers Electric is licensed, bonded and insured. We provide a certificate of insurance with our bids.

We pull the permit, rough in on your schedule and call for the rough-in inspection.
